Use different forms for Emerging Practitioner and Special Award categories

 

Note: this will appear on promotional materials and, if your entry is successful, at the Awards event (10 words maximum)

Summary – overview of the project and why you believe it should win.
Rationale – explain the rationale for the project / initiative, including the key challenges you were trying to solve and how the project aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Activity – clearly explain the activity undertaken, including specific aims. Include any barriers experienced and indicate how they were overcome (barriers could include time, budget, engagement, communication, geography).
Outcomes and Benefits describe the impact that the project/ initiative had on the organisation. Summarise the key outcomes of the project, how it has benefitted the organisation, and the impact it has had on individuals within it. Indicate how the scheme has contributed to organisational goals.
The judges will be looking for supporting data and clear evidence of HR/L&D’s impact on organisational outcome
