Working with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water – Senior Leader Development

“Since 2015, Insight has supported senior leadership teams at Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to improve their performance, build a more resilient culture and develop leadership skills as individuals and as teams.

Working collaboratively with the DCWW team, a ‘live’ 360º feedback process was designed to sit alongside the Resilience at Work tool, grounded in psychology and creating a shared language for individual leaders.

With a focus on team development and creating an environment of positive mutual support, this holistic approach to understanding and utilising personal, interpersonal and other resources built resilience and influenced organisational culture.

Programme results included tangible individual and team growth, and increased company performance.”
