Winner – Sweetmans and Partners

To demonstrate a successful collaboration between an individual consultant/consultancy and a client organisation, Sweetmans & Partners and Motonovo Finance worked in partnership to co-design and co-deliver an accelerated leadership programme, including an in-house hackathon. The purpose of the joint programme was to gain insight from the wider leadership community to inform strategy, develop key leadership skills and maintain an entrepreneurial culture.

Highly Commended – Iceland Foods

To ensure every one of its 24,000 employees is taken care of, Iceland Foods transformed its HR function to keep pace with the movement of the business and to build a modern and professional HR function that enabled delivery of the company’s people strategy. The new strategy focused on building organisational capability, maintaining company ‘family-like’ traditional values, equipping for modernisation and using modern technology to deliver the initiatives.
